1. Delhi The Ulema Conference – People Shouting Anti-CAA And NRC Slogans Were Beaten and Thrown Out

 

The Muslim Rashtriya Manch had organized Ulama Confrence at Constitution Club situated on Sansad Marg, New Delhi to make people aware about the Citizenship Amendment Act and NRC.
When all was going fine, and when a group of ulema supported CAA and NRC on the stage, another party stood up and began shouting slogans against the CAA. This worsened the situation and the oppositions clashed making it an intense scuffle.
 
More than 200 ulema and religious leaders from all over the country were invited to this conference.As the commotion escalated, the organizers drove the protesters out of the venue saying, , “The media should not show these people as opponents of the citizenship law.” Indresh Kumar also was present in that conference and said, “Millions of Muslims are peace-loving, while only a few are devil-bearers.” It is worth mentioning that on the initiative of the Sangh, the National Muslim Forum convened a meeting of the ulemas across the country, calling religious institutions like Deoband, Ahle Hadith, Bareilly Sharif and Nizamuddin Dargah.
 
On the turbulence in the program of Muslim Rashtriya Manch, VHP leader Alok Kumar mentioned resentment by highlighting why a few people think that only they have the freedom of expression. They come to such programs not to debate but to create commotion. Actually, The RSS wanted to dispel the rumours spread against the CAA in the Muslim section through this program.
 
From the Prime Minister to the Home Minister, Amit Shah has also appealed to the people to support this bill. Not just the capital, but also in Saharanpur a candle march rally was held in support of the Citizenship Amendment Act 2019(CAA) under the banner of the Jagrit Nagrik Manch. Members of various industrial, business and social organizations participated in it. On Wednesday, officials of various organizations gathered at Parshwanath Plaza in support of the Citizenship Amendment Act.The BJP has organized six major rallies in UP in support of the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). In this connection, Amit Shah will address a rally in Lucknow on 21st January.
