Bradford Stabbing Suspect Identified: Habibur Masum, a Bangladeshi Muslim Immigrant in UK

Crime Desk, Delhi Magazine: West Yorkshire police have named 25-year-old Habibur Masum as a suspect in the tragic murder of a 27-year-old woman, stabbed in the neck during broad daylight in Bradford, England. The incident occurred on Saturday afternoon while the victim was pushing a baby stroller.

According to a statement obtained by Delhi Magazine, the victim, accompanied by her five-month-old baby, was attacked by Masum, though the child remained unharmed. Witnesses, as reported by Metro UK, described the horrifying scene, detailing how the woman was stabbed multiple times in the neck before being left with her son.

Masum, a resident of Oldham originally from Sylhet, Bangladesh, is currently pursuing a Masters in Digital Marketing at the University of Bedfordshire. He is known for sharing ‘vlogs’ of his life and adventures in the United Kingdom on social media platforms.

Authorities describe Masum as Asian, and surveillance footage captures him wearing a jacket with three large horizontal lines, sweatpants, and brown sneakers. A witness also recalled seeing him in a gray hooded sweatshirt.

The investigation into this tragic incident is ongoing, with authorities urging anyone with information to come forward to assist in bringing justice to the victim and her family.
