The capital’s minimum temperature dropped to 31.05 degrees Celsius, providing a welcome break from the scorching heat that has gripped the city for several days. This significant temperature drop has brought smiles to the faces of many, offering temporary respite from the intense heat.

Throughout the day, light to moderate rainfall is expected to continue, according to the Meteorological Department. The maximum temperature in Delhi is forecasted to reach 38.28 degrees Celsius.

The weather change is part of a broader trend of relief from the heatwave affecting various parts of the country. Many regions experienced rainfall accompanied by strong lightning and thunder, along with gusty winds.

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has provided further relief for Delhi residents, forecasting rain with thunder and lightning from June 23 to June 29. This weather pattern is expected to bring continued respite from the oppressive heatwave that has recently affected the capital.

Residents can look forward to cooler days ahead as these weather changes take effect, bringing temporary relief from the extreme temperatures.
