Side lunges

Stand up straight with your feet wider than your shoulders. Take the widest step to the right or left and bend the corresponding knee, pushing the hips back. One of the most economical aids in the fight against cellulite. Drinking water not only prevents dehydration, but also promotes the circulation of blood, tissue fluid and lymph.
