Boycotting Chinese products in India has been a recent thing in the country. On the other hand the sales of Chinese smartphones and consumer electronics brands are increasing rapidly. This is ironic but the Sales of Chinese companies during the sale on Amazon and Flipkart have doubled compared to sales earlier this year. In fact there were some products that went out of stock.
One Plus India said that Amazon has confirmed that the recently launched One Plus Nord smartphone was the best-selling phone during the Amazon Prime Day Sale 2020 held on August 6-7. A Realme India spokesperson said that sales of smartphones have increased during the sale. Gross merchandise value (GMV) is expected to do more than 400 million business.
During the Amazon sale, the company said that Real Me’s wired earphones were the best sellers and all work from home products were also sold well. According to the tweet by Xiami India chief Manu Kumar Jain, the company’s four smartphone models have been sold in large numbers, not only that the smartphones were out of sale in seconds / minutes. According to Jain, some models had their stock finished less than 15 seconds after it started selling.
