It has been linked to the Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme under ‘Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Housing for All (Urban)’. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, one-time huge discount is being given in taking this flat.

In this scheme of DDA, applicants can get LIG and MIG category flats. MIG flats are available in two BHK category only. LIG flats will be of one bedroom. This housing scheme of DDA has started from May 2021, which will run till June 2022. DDA has selected 5000 flats under this scheme.
