The latest case is of Mainpuri Crime in UP, where an 8-year-old girl was raped. This disgusting incident has been carried out by the Imam of a mosque (Masjid Imam Raped Minor Girl). After the rape, the girl’s private part started bleeding, after which the Imam left her. After this, the accused Imam, while swearing the Quran to the victim girl, also said that she would not tell anyone about it. The incident is from a village under Kishni police station area of Mainpuri. Jamal Ahmed has been Imam in the mosque here for 10 years. Imam gives education related to Islam to the children. According to the family members, the victim girl used to go to the mosque to study. Every day she used to come back home at 4 pm.

The victim told that as usual, Jamal sent all the children home after teaching. Even the younger sister of the victim was asked to go home, but stopped her saying that you have to teach more. With this the Imam took her to a room and carried out this disgusting incident with her. The girl also told that the Imam asked her to keep quiet by swearing by the Quran. Along with this, he also asked the girl to come every day to study. She said that if you do not do this then someone will get suspicious. At the same time, when the family members came to know about this incident with the girl, they went to the police and lodged a case. The police has arrested Imam and got the girl medical done.

The incident caused huge outrage among the people of the village. People from all walks of life have demanded strict action against the accused from the police. The station in-charge said that a case has been registered. Medical examination of the victim is being done. The relatives of the accused live in Barabanki. One of his sons had come to the village only 6 months ago and was living with the accused.
