Iranian outside Israel embassy to say thankyou after al khamneyi death

A group of Iranians gathered outside the Israeli Embassy in Greece, leaving flowers and chanting “Shalom al Israel.” Videos from the gathering quickly spread across social media, drawing global attention.

Many of those present were Iranian expatriates who said they wanted to express their opposition to the Ayatollah-led system that has ruled Iran since the 1979 Islamic Revolution. Protesters said the clerical leadership does not represent the views of millions of Iranians. The anger against the Ayatollah system has been visible for years, especially after the death of Mahsa Amini, which triggered massive protests across Iran

During the gathering, several participants thanked Israel for targeting figures connected to the Ayatollah leadership, which they blame for decades of repression and restrictions on freedoms inside Iran.

The reaction was not limited to the demonstration. On social media, a number of exiled Iranian celebrities and public figures were seen celebrating after hearing reports about the death of the Ayatollah leader. Some posted emotional videos, with a few even breaking down in tears while expressing happiness and relief. Several Iranian athletes and celebrities have also spoken out against the system, including former futsal player Shiva Amini, who has openly criticized the clerical leadership

According to protesters, their message was directed at the clerical establishment in Tehran rather than the Iranian people themselves. They said the gathering was meant to show that many Iranians living abroad oppose the Ayatollah system and want a different political future for their country.
