New Delhi: Makeup artist Zara Siddiqui’s powerful response video has gone massively viral across social media platforms after she reacted strongly to religious trolling over her “Mata Rani” themed makeup reel. The video has sparked a major online discussion around creativity, religious tolerance, women’s freedom, and humanity above communal divisions.

Zara, who is known for creating artistic makeup transformations and themed looks on social media, recently uploaded a makeup video inspired by Mata Rani. In the video, she showcased a detailed traditional look that many users described as creative, respectful, and visually impressive. A large number of viewers, including many Hindus, appreciated her effort and praised her talent in the comment section.

Due to her work, Zara  faced heavy trolling from some people belonging to the Muslim community. According to Zara, several users abused her for creating makeup inspired by a Hindu goddess. She revealed that people called her “kafir,” “rangin puti,” and accused her of disrespecting religion. Some trolls even claimed that she would “go to hell” because she does not wear a dupatta and because she chose to make content based on Hindu religious themes.  After receiving continuous hate comments and messages, Zara uploaded a strong reply video addressing the trolling and defending her work. In the viral clip, she confidently responded to people who were targeting her clothing choices and personal freedom.

Dupatta is not Security

Speaking about the constant criticism regarding her appearance and not wearing a dupatta, Zara said: “Jinko scan karna hota hai wo bina dupatte ke bhi scan kar lete hain. Sab security sirf dupatte mein hi nahi hai.” Her statement quickly went viral online, with many users supporting her argument that respect and safety cannot be judged merely by clothing.

Hardwork of a Makeup Artist

Zara also spoke emotionally about the hard work and dedication involved in creating makeup content. She explained that people often ignore the amount of effort creators put into their work and instead spread negativity within seconds. She said: “Ek makeup complete karne mein mujhe 4 se 5 ghante lagte hain. Din raat mehnat karti hoon, lekin in logon ko backchodi karne mein ek minute bhi nahi lagta.”

She further explained that earlier trolls used to target her dresses and dupatta, but now they have started getting jealous of her professional makeup skills and growing popularity as well.

Humanity is the Biggest Religion

During the video, Zara made it clear that she does not believe in divisions based on caste or religion. Her message focused strongly on humanity, equality, and mutual respect among people from all communities. She stated: “Main jaat-paat, dharm, Hindu-Muslim kuch nahi manti. Main sirf insaniyat manti hoon… aur insaniyat hi sabse bada dharm hai.”

The statement received huge applause online and became one of the most widely shared portions of the video. Many users appreciated her for promoting harmony and speaking openly against hate and online bullying. Zara also directly addressed the trolls, whom she referred to as “jahil,” and said that instead of spreading hatred in the name of religion, people should first learn basic humanity and respect for others.

As the video spread online, support for Zara grew rapidly. Thousands of users flooded social media with supportive comments, encouraging her to continue her work without fear. Many members of the Hindu community particularly praised her for respectfully presenting Mata Rani-inspired art despite the criticism she received.

  • “Aap mehnat karo aur aage badho.”
  • “Kisi ki creativity ko religion se judge nahi karna chahiye.”
  • “Yehi asli soch honi chahiye — pehle insaniyat.”
