From Delhi Dreams to Polish Crown: Vasudha Sharma Named Mrs. India Poland 2025
Beauty Desk, Delhi Magazine: In a dazzling ceremony on November 22, 2025, Vasudha Sharma — a Delhi-born woman who has called Warsaw home for 23 years — was crowned Mrs. India Poland 2025. Her victory is more than a personal triumph: it stands as an inspiration for Indian women everywhere, showing how roots from the heart of India can flourish on international stages.

Vasudha’s journey began in Delhi and continued when her family moved to Poland more than two decades ago. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business management from universities in Poland and the United Kingdom, and today she runs her own business — leading with compassion while navigating life as an Indian woman in Europe.
Vasudha’s crown shines brightest through her advocacy. A daily practitioner of yoga and meditation, she volunteers with yoga organizations to spread peace and positivity. Her pageant platform focuses on mental health awareness, emotional well-being and positivity — causes she believes are vital in today’s high-pressure world.

“Mental health is the foundation of true confidence,” Vasudha says. “As Mrs. India Poland, I want every woman — whether in Dilli Haat or facing Warsaw winters — to know that caring for your mind isn’t a luxury; it’s essential.”
Judges were captivated by her authentic stage presence: powerful ramp walks in traditional Indian attire and elegant evening gowns, and a heartfelt Q&A about women’s strength across the globe. Her story reflects the Indian diaspora — celebrating Diwali in snowy Poland, blending Bollywood dance with gym routines, and turning challenges into triumphs.
“I carry my country’s spirit and Poland’s perseverance,” she adds. “This is for every desi woman who feels ‘caught between two worlds’ — we honour both and rise.”

For Delhi readers, Vasudha embodies the modern NRI woman: unapologetically Indian and globally empowered. Her story reminds us that from Chandni Chowk to European boardrooms, Indian women are rewriting narratives — one crown at a time.
Exclusive Q&A with Mrs. India Poland 2025
Delhi Magazine secured a quick Q&A with Vasudha Sharma to give our readers a deeper, personalized insight into her life and values.
Question: After 23 years of living in Poland, what is the one quintessential thing about Delhi that you miss the most?
Answer: What I miss the most is Delhi’s markets, especially Chandni Chowk. There’s something magical about those narrow, bustling lanes overflowing with colour, jewellery shops, fabric and clothing stores, and tiny eateries serving samosa-chutney, jalebis, and thalis with so much love. It’s a remarkable sight — chaotic, vibrant, and full of heart. I always tell my foreign friends: If you want to feel the true spirit of Delhi, start in Chandni Chowk.
Question: As an Indian woman, what was the biggest cultural or business challenge you faced while setting up your own venture in Poland, and how did you overcome it?
Answer: One of my biggest challenges was understanding the economic landscape and buying behaviour of the Polish market. Every country has its own rhythm, preferences, and pricing dynamics, especially in the clothing and accessories industry. The journey hasn’t been easy, but it has made me more adaptable, analytical, and confident.
Question: Having won Mrs. India Poland, what is the single most important life tip would you like to give to other Indian women?
Answer: Be deeply grateful for whatever you have achieved in life, big or small. Life moves through phases, with high moments and difficult ones, but gratitude keeps you anchored. In good times, it motivates you to dream bigger. In challenging times, it gives you the strength, clarity, and courage to hold on, trust the process, and find solutions. Gratitude is a quiet superpower, it keeps your heart steady no matter where you live.
Question: You chose mental health as your core platform. Could you suggest one simple practice that busy, working women can incorporate into their daily routine for emotional well-being?
Answer: Give yourself 20 minutes in a day that belong only to you and use that time to meditate. Meditation is incredibly powerful: it calms emotions, strengthens inner resilience, boosts clarity, and fills you with positivity. Even on the most hectic days, those few minutes can change your entire mindset. Whatever your style, make meditation non-negotiable in today’s fast-paced world.
Question: What are your immediate next steps, and are you planning or hoping to work on any projects connected specifically to India or Delhi?
Answer: My immediate focus is to strengthen my advocacy by collaborating with organisations in Poland to promote yoga, meditation, and mental-wellbeing. At the same time, I definitely hope to work on India-based projects in the near future — especially anything connected to women’s wellness. The journey continues, and I’m excited for everything that lies ahead.
