Crime Desk, Delhi Magazine: The case is of Tejaji Nagar where the landlord and his three accomplices had beaten up a SC tenant student fiercely and also put petrol in his private part. They also snatched his mobile.
Tejaji Nagar police had told in this case that the 22-year-old victim student lives on rent in Nazim’s house along with his two sisters. On the pretext of buying a goat, the landlord took the student to Naita Mundla from Activa of neighbor and relative Adil on Saturday. Where he talked about buying a goat from an unknown person. Simultaneously, the goat was taken to the room on the roof of the house by telling it to be tied on the roof. Here Nazim, Adil, Salman and one of his companions beat him up.
The student told the police that Nazim, Adil, Salman beat up the landlord’s son for confessing that he had bought a laptop with Rs 50,000. After this, he filled petrol in the private part from the bottle. The accused forced the student to confess that he had bought the laptop with the money given by Nazim’s son, beating him up and threatening to kill him, and also made a video of this confession. While the laptop was given to the student by his father.
According to the police, after the beating, the landlord along with Nazim and his relative Adil reached home with the student. Here the reason for the injuries suffered by the student was an accident. Along with this, the student threatened to make the video of the beating viral if he told anyone about the incident. The student narrated the entire incident to the family members. Also, a case was registered in the police station. The police arrested the landlord Nazim, his relative Adil, friend Salman and one other and produced them in the court. From where the accused were sent to jail.
Relatives reached the control room
In the case of beating the student, his family members and social people reached the police assistant office on Monday. Here, along with the STSC Act, the demand for Rasuka was also made on the accused in the case. Police officials here told the family members that in the case, the accused have already been booked under strict sections. Along with this, he took the application and talked about taking action like Rasuka on the accused.
