Bollywood Desk: Bollywood actress Yami Gautam has grabbed attention after sharing a glimpse of her upcoming film, Nayyi Navelli, on social media. The actress is all set to appear in a new avatar as Mohini, with the film scheduled to release in cinemas on October 16, 2026.

The film revolves around Mohini, a newlywed bride who initially appears to be the perfect addition to her husband’s family. However, things take an unexpected turn when her brother-in-law begins to suspect that she may be a daayan (witch). Blending supernatural elements with comedy and family drama, the film promises an intriguing story rooted in Indian folklore.

Directed by Balaji Mohan and produced by Aanand L Rai and Himanshu Sharma, Nayyi Navelli also features Adinath Kothare and Anurag Thakur in key roles. The film’s music has been composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar.
