The Chancellor met with young trainees learning the craft of brewing, highlighting how traditional German industries are being preserved and modernized through innovative practices.

In a message shared on social media, Scholz praised the commitment of the trainees and the brewery’s multi-generational heritage. “Vocational training is still the best thing young people can choose for their future. The trainees I met today are becoming brewers. In their company, at Glaasbräu, you can see: Brewing is a real craft and a German tradition. Nice that it is implemented so modern and innovatively – here in Seligenstadt in nine generations,” Scholz wrote alongside a video of his visit.
