Announcing the launch of the M-Yoga app, Modi said that people from all over the world will benefit from this app. Developed jointly by the Ministry of AYUSH and the World Health Organization (WHO), the M-Yoga app aims to provide yoga training and practice sessions of varying durations to the common people and enthusiasts.

Let us tell you that any smartphone users can download this app on their phones. It will have videos of yoga training in many languages ​​of the world. This will encourage yoga. The app can be used as a daily yoga companion for individuals in the age group of 12-65 years. The WHO says the app was developed through a review of the scientific literature and extensive international expert consultation.
