The poster features Shahid Kapoor in a fierce avatar as the titular character, a rebellious and brilliant police officer navigating a complex web of deceit and betrayal during a high-profile case. The gritty design and intense vibe of the poster hint at a high-octane cinematic experience.
Directed by Rosshan Andrrews, Deva marks his Bollywood directorial debut and stars Pooja Hegde and Pavail Gulati in pivotal roles. The film is penned by the renowned duo Bobby–Sanjay, with Hindi dialogues by Sumit Arora, Hussain Dalal, and Arshad Syed. Complementing the storyline is a gripping score by Jakes Bejoy and music composed by Vishal Mishra.
Originally slated for a Dussehra 2024 release, the movie’s release date has been finalized for January 31, 2025. It will also be available for streaming on ZEE5 post its theatrical run, with satellite rights acquired by Zee Cinema.
