Starting of National Common Mobility Card in Delhi Metro

At these stations, Delhi Metro has made some special arrangements regarding the automatic fair collection. These stations will also have the facility to use National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) in addition to entry-exit without card and token. These cards will work on the National Common Mobility Card (NCMC). Apart from this, travelers can also travel through mobile phones. They can only enter and exit via mobile. No card or token will be required. Both facilities can also be started on the Airport Express Line by the end of this year. DMRC chief Mangu Singh has given this information.

In Phase-IV, three corridors were constructed within a radius of 61.67 km. With the completion of the construction of the platform at Phase-4 at Haiderpur-Badli turn, it has become the highest platform of the Delhi Metro so far.

Mangu Singh said that entry and exit through mobile phones at Automatic Fair Collection (AFC) gates exists in countries with large modern systems, including Seoul Metro. He said, “We are constantly working to improve our system. In Phase 4 our AFC system will accept National Common Mobility Cards. Apart from this, mobile phones can also be used as smart cards. Passengers in Phase-4 lines can enter or exit at the AFC gate via mobile phone. ”
