India-China Clash in Galwan – 43% Indians Didn’t Buy Any Chinese Goods in Last One Year

Last year, both China and India lost some of their soldiers in the Galwan Valley conflict. India uncovered in the beginning that how many soldiers were injured and killed. Of course, China concealed it at the outset inspired by a paranoid fear of defamation and later under the pressing factor of the media, it must be acknowledged that they have lost their warrior in this engagement. Because of this China was severely pummeled in the global media.

According to a survey, there are 43% Indians who have not bought any product made in China in the last 12 months. According to a survey by community social media platform LocalCircles, people who have also bought products made in China say that they have done so only once or twice.

This survey comes amid the central government’s policy of banning more than 100 apps from China and promoting manufacturing of indigenous goods. Last year, after the bloody skirmish on the border from China, the Indian government had banned many apps including Tiktok, Ali Express. Not only this, there was anger across the country over the martyrdom of 20 Indian soldiers in the skirmish in Galwan Valley and several times there was an appeal to boycott Chinese products. A similar survey was conducted by LocalCircles in November last year as well, according to which 71 per cent Indians did not buy any goods made in China at that time.
