ThinkerPlace has been a pioneer in changing the traditional system of education through the introduction of STEM-based learning. Through the setting up of these labs they are also expanding the Government’s mandate in the field of education through the National Education Policy of 2020.
In today’s day and age where traditional educational practices are becoming increasingly obsolete as children are adapting to a more creative, innovative, interactive, and adaptive learning; ThinkerPlace has played a huge role in executing and providing just what children need for learning and growing their knowledge. The Government’s mandate of NEP 2020 is to build the foundations of a new India that is a knowledge-driven society. Keeping this very thought in mind, ThinkerPlace is ready to go the extra mile by setting up S.T.E.M labs across the country by tying up with various learning institutions.
The Government also encourages the setting up of ATAL tinkering labs which foster creative, innovative, and imaginative thinking in young minds. These labs also inculcate skills such as design mindset, computational thinking, adaptive learning, and physical computing. The Government’s ATAL Tinkering labs and ThinkerPlace’s S.T.E.M based learning have a similar objective – to assist students to develop an array of future based skills with its primary focus on innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship.

The setting up of complete S.T.E.M lab for the schools include 3D printing, robotics labsetup, automation lab setup, drone lab, basic lab, and much more. Students are provided with specially integrated S.T.E.M-based curriculum according to their age group and are also provided with ThinkerPlace’s S.T.E.M kits. Additionally, they are given access to an online Learning Management System (LMS) so that they can get access to learning material and track the progress. Teachers are trained on the functionality of the S.T.E.M labs and there is also a feature of one-on-one guidance for young innovators.
