On the Foundation day of Consumer Rights Organisation Mr Naveen Parkash Sharma, President told that if you have contacted the concerned company with whom you have some grievances and they have not solved the problem or you are not satisfied with their response in that matter, CRO may be able to help.
How to contact consumer right organization in India
CRO act on your behalf and investigate the complaint. Mr Sharma also provided their consumer mail id of CRO i.e. complaint@thecro.in where consumers can write to CRO if their complaint is not being resolved by the company or if the company is not responding to consumer properly.
Mr Sharma told that Consumer Rights Organisation is a voluntary consumer organization and is working Pan India Basis. CRO is established in April 2010 under the leadership of Late Shri D P Sharma, Founder President of Consumer Rights Organisation. The organisation is working for consumer awareness, consumer education and consumer protection. Mr Sharma told that vision of their organisation is a new India in which every consumer keeps thorough knowledge of his rights and their correct uses.
As we found that consumer is very much confused now a days where to go in case of having any grievance and complaints against any company and the company is not responding to him properly and not resolving his complaint. So here is an organisation who mission is to organize, educate and make consumers aware of their rights, make best effort to stop unfair trade practices and solve consumer’s problems and complaints.
On the occasion of Foundation day while talking to the team , Mr Naveen Parkash Sharma thanked all the consumers and members from entire India for being continuously working towards the consumers rights.

He also told that Consumer Rights Organisation is seamlessly working towards the Consumers Rights, Protection and education in more than 24 states of India since 2010.
